how we help
We raise funds for charitable causes, supporting humanitarian development goals among the poor and needy in third world and emerging countries. Among other things, the Prema association supports projects that support children and young people and serve their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
How to help
Sponsor an Indian girl with CHF 100.-- for one year of schooling or with CHF 1,000.-- for the entire schooling of ten years.Any financial supportis welcome to free the children from child labor.
Child labor and its effects
India has the highest number of child laborers in the world. In total, around ten million children between the ages of 5 and 14 work in India, including 5.6 million boys and 4.4 million girls.
Killing of female offspring in India (Female Infanticide): In India there are fewer than 93 females for every 100 males. According to estimates by the United Nations, around 2,000 unborn girls are illegally aborted in India every day.
Therefore, the association Prema is currently accepting to support especially the Indian girls in their school education.
